Why such the long lead time?

All items are considered a Special Order. The sickStar creative does not hold any inventory. This means that when an order is placed, we order the item in in your size and then have it printed. Some of the items come from the East Coast which makes for the lead time because of the time of transit to us. We do try to get the product out to you as soon as possible. You may receive some items sooner than others. If this is the case, please be aware that we are still working on your remain ing items. The lead times should be the longest you’ll wait for your order unless it is out of stock or there is a problem with the vendor. In this case, you will be notified by us.

I/my son/my daughter has a meet next weekend. Is there any way to speed up the process so we/they can represent in true Coto fashion at the meet?

We do try to get your order out to you as soon as possible under normal conditions but we can do our best to cater to your needs such as rush shipping from our vendors. You would have to pay the for the rush shipping charges. We also don’t carry any inventory but occassionally we will have a couple of items around such as samples that might be what you are looking for that we could get to you faster. I have looked at the sizing chart but am still unsure if this item will fit me/my son/my daughter. Is there any way we/they can try it on first?

If you have a problem with sizing please contact us first. All items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable so please make sure you order the correct sizes. Either email us at: store@sickstar.net or call us at: 702-480-7581 (Eugene) We do have sample sizes that you may try on that we can bring to the pool or we suggest trying on someone else’s item who is of similar size (except swimsuits). I received my order and there is a problem with it. Can you please help me? We do try our best to insure that your items are of the best quality and is correct with your order placed when it goes out but we’re not perfect and do make mistakes. If you have any suggestions or feedback of any kind please let us know. The Coto Team Store is a service offered to the team and we will take any and all suggestions for making a better shopping experience for you and the benefit of the whole team. You can email us at: customerservice@sickstar.net We have already gotten a lot of great suggestions and feedback from a few of the families and have made a lot of changes since first launching the Coto Swim line and Coto Team Store. These include adding sizing charts for some items and bringing back discontinued items people wanted to see again.

I would like to have some custom items printed for myself (that may or may not be Team related). Would you be able to do that?
